Since 2007, we have been manufacturing reinforcements in our own plant at Pomorska Street in Szczecin. We have state-of-the-art, computer-controlled machinery:

  • pull-line cutting lines
  • automatic machines for stirrups
  • automatic rotor type
    straightening machines
  • double bending machines
  • ring bending machines
  • bending tables
  • thread making machine
    LENTON CONNECTOR SYSTEM
  • automatic roller conveyors

All of these machines make it possible to manufacture structural reinforcements according to the customer’s needs, with virtually no restrictions. All production processes are supported by state-of-the-art overhead cranes controlled from the working level. Using a specially designed crosshead with electromagnets, the loading and unloading of bars takes place in the high-bay warehouse, which can accommodate up to 8,000 tonnes of steel bars of various lengths.

Our machinery stock enables us to produce parts of any shape from coils in diameters of 8 – 20 mm. Production from bars is possible within the full range, i.e., in diameters of 8 – 40 mm.

We use specialised software in the production process to ensure efficient order logistics.

Green energy from a
250 kW photovoltaic system

The 250 kW photovoltaic system that has been installed on the roof of the reinforcement manufacturing plant covers 100% of the energy requirements during the sunny months. Reducing the carbon footprint is one of the TOM Group’s major objectives.

For each ton of steel reinforcements produced we generate only 0,53kg of CO2!

This is a low-emission steel production, confirmed by an EPD Certificate (Environmental Product Declaration) issued for tom2.
